This position includes performing regular monthly maintenance on networks and systems, and working on our inside support desk to resolve issues. We provide a high-performing, outsourced IT department to our customers. This includes proactive maintenance and monitoring, systems administration, reactive troubleshooting services, and strategic planning.
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Internship or other on the job experience
- Microsoft Windows desktop experience
- Outlook and email troubleshooting skills
- TCP/IP and routing knowledge
- Comfort working with a variety of printers and peripheral devices
- Current Microsoft certifications are a huge plus
