Network Technician II

This position is includes providing both remote and onsite support for customer networks and infrastructure. It involves both problem resolution and project deployment. It requires a broad set of technical skills as well as someone who enjoys working with people. Desktop support, network routing, and good server administration skills are all important for this position.
